electrohydraulic power steering

Has anyone installed electric power steering on the BDR cars? it's the Toyota MR2 motor driven hydraulic pump set up, connected to the BDR power steering rack. or something similar?

nope...just five bucks...it was on sale!

well, i know the lotus 7 boys do this because of xcrossing. just wanted to see if any of the cobra guys have done this. the nice things are...no adding belts and pump to the engine and you can turn it off for highway driving.
