Where is the best place to advertise my Backdraft Cobra?

I am selling my new (26 miles total-never titled or registered) Backdraft Racing Cobra, but am at a loss to know where best to advertise it.

I put an ad on CraigsList here in Dallas, TX '65 Shelby Cobra-by Backdraft Racing-NEW! , but I doubt if that's the optimum place for this kind of car.

I sold my Morgan 4/4 last year in Hemmings Motor News, but they don't seem to have a place for replica Cobras.

I also placed an ad in the "For Sale" on The Cobra Club, but there must be somewhere that is the optimum place where prospective Cobra buyers might see it.

Are there other online Cobra venues that attract mostly enthusiasts who don't YET have a car? I have a slug of photos I took that I stored at Check out my photos!
so they could be put onto almost any online site to be viewed.

Respond here or give me a call as I'd like to get the car sold ASAP since I have to attend my daughter's wedding the last 2 wks of June in AZ, then go into a surgery that will likely prevent me from showing the car likely for some time.

Thanks,
Bob

Cobra Country, and run a sales add on club cobra, here.

Thanks, I'll check out "Cobra Country."

I did place an ad somewhere here at the Cobra Club where parts and other Cobra related things are advertised just a few minutes ago.

Not sure the best way to come up with an asking price. I guerss it's a crap-shoot where that's concerned. I see lots of older FFR Cobras for around $20k-some look rough, some look nice in photos, but I'd like to think that Backdrafts have something of a premium to those other seriously "kit" Cobras compared to more "factory built" ones, especially since mine's only got 26 miles on it.

Any help on that welcome as well, though I know it's really variable.

Bob

PM. Cashburn he is a backdraft dealer and an advertiser on this forum, he would know.

You could consign it to a dealer like Jay, or someone local

Hadn't thought of that. Guess I figured the dealer would figure it would keep him from selling one of his.

I have seen Jay (Cashburn) post on here from time to time asking if anyone wants to consign their BDR. Give him a call he is great to deal with but you may be a bit far away from him as he is based in New Haven, CT.

CobraCountry charges $220 to list a car. I have no idea where you got those prices. I listed my Cobra there and sold it for full price in less than 4 hrs.
