Whoops. Steering column bearings
In an attempt to fix my turn signal binding with my steering wheel, I loosened the front collar on the shaft. A little too much! There is a rubber collar inside that fits on the shaft that has a tiny metal band with tiny holes for tiny ball bearings.
The tiny ball bearings dropped out on the floor but I don't think it had all the ball bearings to begin with. I was only able to recover about 5. I tried to post some pics but I haven't been able to. Any clue where to get this? Hopefully the BDR boys will have it but I haven't had much luck hearing back from them lately. Thanks! |

I just replaced the upper & lower bearings in my steering shaft. Here is the info:
Steering part number: 1995 BMW 325I 32311158835 I purchased them locally at my BMW dealer for about 25.00 for the pair of them. Good luck. RG |
