Any BDR owners in SE Florida?

Seriously looking to make the plunge into buying a BDR cobra. Would love to hear from anyone in the Deerfield/Boca area who owns one of these great cars.

BDR 1058 here

Wellington area....have had car for 18 months.:D...have had a blast. Have won numerous trophies but, have garnered more praise than I can accept at times. As with any hand built car there will be a few "bugs" Frank, Reg and Craig are easy to work with and very helpful with customer questions. Just go do it.:)...Bill

Weather permitting, we'll be at the Gander Mountain car show on Northlake Blvd and I95 this Saturday, June 1st. There are typically 7 - 10 local Backdrafts that show up. We generally show up around 430 or so, grab some eats, and roll out around 8. Come on by.
I'll be there with the new street legal hard top track car.

Hi Sunny,
Four years & 5000 miles...love the car! Frank, Reg & Craig are not just selling cars, they drive them. Understand, all BD's final build outs are completed in Boynton Beach. They know their stuff!!! Even better if your local.

Yessir. Palm Beach Gardens, in the Gander Mountain parking lot. You can't miss it.
Craig from Backdraft usually brings a car or two up as well.

Backdraft Racing

Thinking of going with BDR...first build. Heard they were very good quality.
Do all kit manufacturesr use the 427 body style or do they vary? I'm also thinking of Pacific Roadster, Vintage, Shell Valley, Lone Star, Hurricane, and Reed Performance. Looking for a full build out.
Thx

Paxar90,

BDRs are great. I owned #90 and loved it. Sold only because I moved to hot AZ and an all black car didn't make sense. Current owner still loves the car!

No, not all mfgs. use the 427 body style. Look for "slab side" or 260/289 reference in a search.

You are over the place in terms of mfgs. You might want to narrow it down by final cost and owner's experience
