Thinking of selling BDR: how's the market?
I haven't completely sold myself yet on letting her go but am considering it. She is an RT3B, 4.6 roush with TVS2300 roushcharger and tko 600. I have own two cobras and quite a few others in the past. This is my favorite, u just jump in a fire it up, no finicky issues ever. That why I love it, that and the 620HP. LOL.
just wondering how u guys feel the market is. Mine will have to be a somewhat "special" buyer because of the late model engine and the blackout look. Wat you guys think? Need to get nice pics taken for cobra country but have been dragging my feet. |
I'm in the market having lost my BDR in Super Storm Sandy last October. I have been searching for a slab side car which are far in between. In my hunt I look at many other type cars and believe the market is fair to decent. The cars that I do see selling though are priced correctly. Unfortunately many owners believe their car is worth more then it actually is. I would think that your car being a bit unique with its high HP and options and also I will assume your asking price will put you in a smaller market of buyers. Good Luck with your decision.

I sold my SPF in 5 days after listing her on Cobra Country. Download the manual Curt has on how to take the photos and follow his instructions explicitly. Then contact him and work out the verbiage for your ad. Don't under price your car either. The market is heating up in my opinion and money is available for the right car.

Post up some pictures. I might just be that unique buyer as I like the blacked out look and don't have the time or talent to deal with issues.
I already have a supercharged 4.6 that puts out about 600hp in the form of an 04 SVT cobra vert that my wife drives. Love that car. |
Market is hotter than I have ever seen it in 6 years. Cobra country is the ONLy place to sell

Sorry for delay
I've been traveling for work and crazy so sorry for delay in responding to my own post. Unfotunately it isn't titled as a '65/66. I tried but Ohio is not yet friendly in those regards. Below is a pick hopefully. I still need to finish up my photo shoots for cobra country. I've spoken with Curt and am dialed in, just need to get to some good "ground" to finish up the shoot.

Follow curt advice to the letter. I have sold three cobras site unseen from his website due to my exceptional photos. ( he told me how to take them)

She is up on Cobra Country
Take a look. If she sells...I'm sad. If she doesn't...God wanted me to keep her. An awesome Cobra all the way around. Nice work Jay.
