Lucas Lights from Cobra Restorers
 
I ordered from Cobra Restorers according to their ad a LUCAS Round Brake/Parking Light ASB. I guess ASB means China knock offs. I ordered the same from ASE in England and it was the correct LUCAS part and cheaper too. I returned the knock off part and was told I would get only 80% of my money back less freight for the junk part. Sure was led down the old path. Looking at their Brake/ Parking light it seems to be the same junk part.

I always question why anyone would make such a post. It seems that you are attempting to hurt a companies business with a negative comment on a board such as this. Most likely (and you made mention of it) because you did not read their terms and conditions in regards to a restocking charge for returned goods.

In order to save others from making a mistake and getting screwed. Their web site advertisement says LUCAS lights. To me that is false advertising.

I respectfully disagree. These types of posts are informative and will save others from falling into the same trap. The restocking charge is secondary, the key takeaway is that the company doesn't sell products as advertised... plus 99.9% of people never read the fine print on the restocking fees LOL!! better not to order from them in the first place.
