Advice: Lower control arm needed
My Spring of discontent continues.
In order to repair some suspension damage I need a new front driver's LCA. I called my local dealership, they need $684 for the part I Google PN.31126758513 and the part is readily available under $100. Also, the dealership asked me if the LCA is for a two door or four door E36. I assumed it would be the 2-door part, they wouldn't answer if the parts differed. If you have an insight, it sure would be appreciated. Thanks Roy |
First I've heard of the coupe vs 4 door difference. From everything I've read they share the same suspension.
I had these in my shopping cart for a bit. https://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-3...-duty-upgrade/ But am probably going to purchase this set here in the near future. https://www.ecstuning.com/b-assemble...31126758513kt/ |
As always Speed, thanks for checking in.
Dealership $800 ECS/Turner $150 Just doesn't make any sense. |
Yet know one is surprised. And they wonder why everyone is buying online. I don't mind someone making a profit but, know one wants to be taken to the cleaners.

The parts guy was sooo snarky on the phone.
I was just trying to make a purchase. He read the part number off so quickly, I couldn't write it down. $754 at stealership $75 at Turner Motorsport I guess he was snarky because all the phone orders are lost to the Intra-Web |
