Any Backdraft Owners in Switzerland?
I have a potential customer in Switzerland asking about importation and registration in Switzerland. Anyone? Thanks.

Hi!
I am from Austria at the border to Switzerland and working in Switzerland.
In short words: NO or with an extremly high risk that the cobra will stay it's life in the living room.

Hi!
If you need more infos about it you can PM me or your potential customer can contact me - there are some states around switzerland....i always have the opinion if you want something very strong...you will have it...but at the end is has to do with a compromise :-)

I'm from Switzerland and there is no legal way to register for street use, as Swiss authorities will not accept any kind of certificate of origin etc. Means, a e.g. 2010 car have to fulfill ANY requirements (noise, emission, safety etc etc) valid for 2010. Thereof, no Cobra will pass.
You lucky guys over there...

Will they accept earlier built cars,for example replicas built in the late 80s?

Yes, if you can proof that the car is really 30 years old, they may will accept it as an Oldtimer. Nevertheless you have to fulfill some regulations, especially, noise (Sidepipes!) and emmision.
