Chin Spoiler ground clearance?

Just curious, I like the look and from what I understand it does have a positive effect on handling. Anybody know the ground clearance and if it causes major scraping issues?

Note: I accidentally posted this in the B&B section also because I have fumble fingers.

My front is at 3". I am planning to raise it at least a half inch...or an inch.

How? Adjusting the front coilovers?

Yes. Once you get the car off its tires, if it has the coilovers, adjusting them takes five minutes per wheel or so. As a rule of thumb raising the shock a quarter of an inch should raise the car twice more or less as much due to the leverage.

I don't think you will ever get it significantly higher for peace of mind. I covered the underneath with a spray rubberized coating to protect it from scraping.

The oil pan also presents a problem. I've seen skid plates attached to the underside of the pan.

My oil pan is above the cross-member where it is darned near impossible to hit anything with it.
