Tank setup

Hey,
does someone run a fuel injected engine and gets the fuel delivered in the BD plastic tank by a internal fuel pump?

Not on my Backdraft, i'm using an external swirlpot and Bosch EFI pump.
However, on my GT40 I did build it with an in-tank EFI pump, and its working fantastic. I should actually go back to my cobra and convert it.

I'm using the Aeromotive Phantom package, an EFI pump with a baffle foam insert, such that you don't need a swirl pot. I'm positive this will also fit in the plastic Backdraft tank.

I have a fuel injected engine and run the stock plastic fuel tank and stock in-tank fuel pump. No problems at all...

There's nothing wrong with a good plastic tank fuel system.
They don't corrode and don't get as hot as any metal, and unlikely to crack at welded seams.
If you must have the look of an aluminium tank, make up a fake undercover.
