Roush 427SR Valve Gasket

So I am getting a little oil on the garage floor and I believe it is my Valve Cover Gasket. A buddy of mine with a lift is going to let me put it up to look under properly just to make sure. He is WAY more handy than I am with a motor (ASE) so I suspect if I have the gasket in hand he will coach me through replacing it. Searching around, it is not clear to me which gasket I should be buying. The Roush motor starts as a 351W block, correct? Anyone have a part # I should be looking at? Thanks!

Used to use the Felpro Silicone metal center (bright blue) with great luck but switched to the Summit Racing Rubber (black) metal center awhile back.

Work great and don't stand out like the the Felpros did.

Thank you sir. What motor are you running? These say "ford". Bolt pattern looks right... just want to be sure. :)

351W based same as yours.

All the Windsor's use the same valve cover gasket footprint.

Snug is fine for these (feel the torque rise and add 1/2 turn). Not torqued per se. You just want a perimeter seal as the valve covers are in a oil bath not oil pressure. Smoke torqueing leads to lip distortion, to leaks, to...

I have a Roush 402R and just replaced my old leaking cork gaskets with Fel-Pro #VS13264T

Worked like a charm.

I got the blue metal lined fel pro for my roush 427.

Keep in mind if the thickness is different from your existing gaskets, you may need to change the bolts.
