Borla Customer Service
I have a bad spark plug wire on my Roush 427IR, so I decided to replace all the plug wires. I wasn't able to remove the #1, 4, & 8 plug wires from the distributor. There isn't enough clearance between the fuel rails and the distributor. I decided to pull fuel rails, but I could not figure out where they bolted to the throttle bottles/intake. Before I started to pull everything off, I sent an email through Borla's website to customer service. I assumed I would get an automated response or no response at all. To my surprise, I got a call the next day from Chris Robertson at Borla. He went over the steps to remove the fuel rails without removing the throttle bodies. Very nice guy and he said I could call him directly if I needed any other help. Great customer service.

Excellent company to work with. They made the ford racing exhaust upgrade for the ford gt. It had a joint that would fail. Borla still sold it but without the ford logo and with welded joints. Many people had the ford unit replaced directly by borla at no cost. I never had problems with mine
