I need to remove my drivers seat but when I removed the lower cushion there are four nut and the nuts just turn. I cannot locate a bolt under the car. Am I missing something or have I just had to much to drink tonight.

I've had the passenger seat out to adjust the parking brake..the nuts have the nylon inserts... 2 were hard to find...put a pair of vice grips on the nut you think is the one and turn the bolt from above...or reverse this process. The factory boys had to get those bolts in....they've got to be there...they also did'nt thread any frame rails to accept a bolt. The front left nut is almost even with the side pipe anchor bracket. All 4 nuts have 2 inch washers behind them....hard to miss. Go have another 6 pack and get started!

There are 4 carriage bolts that hold the seat to the slider and then 4 bolts that hold the slider to the car. If you are not using an allen wrench to remove the bolts you are removing the wrong ones. The slider to floor bolts are allen head.
