I went out and bought one
on the 20th of May i paid my deposit for a viper blue with pearl white stripes BDR cobra at the factory in Durban South Africa.
i drove one of the sister cars for a whole weekend and it was a no brainer. I spoke to Terry at the factory and man the assistance and service i got was great. They even offered to pick up my 347 stroker and Tranny to be installed at the factory for me. This was a toss up between a FFR coupe or BDR to keep my 65 shelby R company in the garage............BDR came out tops keep it up guys |

I have to say that the car i had for the weekend was one of their earlier cars ....with a long story behind it.........it was a very nice car to drive..........even with a bog standard 351 windsor and tremec tranny in it, it had plenty of grunt. there were a few rattles and shakes but this is a car that has been abused by many in the last year, in cluding myself, though i was told that none of the problems couldnt be repaired, i still opted for a brand new one.........NOw if Terry just tells me what the chassis number is i will be able to keep track of the car
These babes in my garage are going to keep me occupied and happy for many years to come i can see............... i guess i btter start saving for the fuel bills at SA prices. LOOK OUT SUBARU AND M3 DRIVERS HERE I COME |
