Is the noise from the rear? Check the backing plates on the rear disc brakes. They sometimes need some extra bending or trimming.

Thank you for the response, but been there, done that, got the t-shirt etc.. It is not the backing plate(s). Squeal is mostly coming from the fronts.

Thanks, any other thoughts? Is the brake pad material such that a little squeal is to be expected?
