JAY!!!!The most unlucky man in the world!!!!

First of all...the car is at home and is OK! This morning when I went to the harbour and to pick up my car from the container, the Highway Patrol Flashed me at 120 mph.....here in Spain this means THREE MONTHS WITHOUT MY DRIVING LICENSE........ I was driving very fast to meet with my new girl friend..... I dont use to drive up to 90 mph (allowed in Spain)..... In any case I have drove my BDR in the harbour explanade....It's veeeeery nice...It sounds great.... Only minor problems.... one paint chip under the rear left quick jack and a paint defect almost under the dash (not visible). Jay, the trunk latch is off....the key turns around 360 degrees and the mechanism dont work....I will try to repair it!
THE CAR IS GREAT, AND SOUNDS GREAT
Keep you posted..next week will post pics.... I must to go on travel till sunday

Do you know any person more unlucky than me...I must to be three months running around the car....... Solution:Tow and to the track!!!

Cheers
Alfonso

Congratulations!!! :) :) :)

Glad to hear you got the car OK and that you like it.

Sorry to hear about your unwanted meeting with the police (it happens to the best of us).

Cheers!
Dave

Wow, you had me scared until it finally loaded. So you were doing 120 before you got the car? This is crazy.

I have the transporter sheet that picked up the car from us and he had no notes of any paint problems, but the car went a long way from here. I'm also wondering if our friends in customs did some damage to the trunk latch? That's where they made us put the paperwork and we locked it to ensure it functioned correctly. Is it possible they knocked it out?

Can get new latches if needed.

Send some photos of your new girlfriend topless.
