Track Alignment
 
Does anyone have track alignment specs . I am going to an open track event at VIR next week end...Thanks Mac

Contact your dealer, I would think either he would know, or know of somebody that does.

Alot of people like front 1/8" toe out, - 1/2 camber, + 4 caster,

rear 1/8" toe in, - 1/2 camber.

It's not just the intial setting that counts, but the bump-steer in the FULL RANGE of travel that's important. Start with ride height. It takes a good DAY to scale and string the car and then verify bump steer and correct. Badger

Race Track Set Up For Backdraft Roadster

Front

Lower Frt To Get -2 Degree Camber
Set Frt Toe In 1mm Each Side 2mm Total Toe In.

Rear

Set Rear Rt Ht To Have 1 Inch Measured On Chassis Higher At Rear Than The Frt.

Set Camber -1 1/2 To - 2 Degree Camber
Set Toe In 1 Mm Total

Start At 1.6 Bar Tire Pressure,cold, All Round.(road Rubber).
Should Build Up To Approx 2.2 Hot

Recomend U Get A Set Of Race Springs From Reg.
