Black Hawk Down
We had a visit from a Dove and a Hawk yesterday. Apparently the hawk was chasing the dove and it found the shop to hide in. I also had my dobey in the shop as well and the three were having a field day. It was quite comical trying to get the hawk out and the dove out from behind the wall, which I think it is still there. Of course you can't get the birds out of your shop, garage because they want to fly up and hit there heads on the ceiling. luckily for the birds if they dodged metal beams it would hit insulation. After about an hour, the hawk was exhausted from us try to shoo it out and banging it's head against the ceiling, it flew down to the floor where my dog was at and the hawk rolled over and played dead or it thought it was dead. Layed on his back for 15min. got up, looked around, and flew away.
Here are some pics of the bird. http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d...0/DSC00352.jpg http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d...0/DSC00354.jpg http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d...0/DSC00356.jpg |
We also have birds fly into our shop, we turn off the lights they eventually fly out thru an open door.
