Ok, I need more input on my new website. It still is a work in progress. Let me know what you think of it.

Help me sell Gunrack, come Spring.

Just for feedbacks sake, I don't like the background (logo on mustard yellow). It is distracting from the rest of the page. Something a little more neutral would make it easier to read.

Sorry Bill that background on the landing page just doesn't work for me. Otherwise pretty good !!!

Web Site
Get rid of those 6 boxes with the moving words. Big waste of real estate.

Events. Bland ... not much description of what we are looking at. What... no events planned for the future?

Manufacturing, Paint and assembly picture montages (sp?) make my eyes water! UGH.

The artistic pictures at the top of every page are a bit too much for me. The artsy crap just does not co-incide with a brute force Cobra.

Where are the specifications?
Is there a warranty?
How long to get one built?
What colors and stripes?
Rims and tires?
More pictures of parts (hold the artsy crap)
Why should I buy a Backdraft (rather than my SPF for example).
Why should I buy from you, rather than another Backdraft dealer?

Whats with the million "periods" in the pull down menus and other places?

I like the site in general, but you have to convince me why to buy from you? Will you do special stuff that other dealers will not do? Do you have any inventory?

Never designed a web site myself, but 30 years in marketing help me to understand what customer like and dislike.

Good Luck

Thanks for all the replies, I agree with you about the logo on the sides, we are in the works with a water mark there. I'll get those ugly logos off as soon as possible. We have been working on the gallery photos, they were a little edgey. Thanks for all the replies and we will be taken them into consideration.

Great site!

Hope it helps you beat the pants off your b/d competitors. :)

Good Luck in 2009 and beyond!

Ugh, Beautiful cars.
Must be patient...
;)
P.s. us car geeks love specs, numbers, and pictures. its all in the details. Check out your competitor's web sites. The ERA site is excellent in its content, LOADS of good info about their product AND the original car. Its a fun site to read through. Not necessarily the prettiest site, but they get their message across.
