slave cylinder mod

I had problems with the boot on the slave cylinder tearing and road grime and water wiping out my slave cylinder. This was caused by the all thread cutting the boot.
Here’s some pics of the mod you will notice I turn the thread off one end to make it smother this should cure the problem of the all thread cutting the boot also I welded and machined a step for the boot to hook to so it will move with the rod. Slotted the bracket so it will make alignment easier to aline to clutch fork. I will add pics soon of the install. ED :) |
