Alice's on Saturday 11/14 ?

Anyone up for another run to Alice's ???

I have a buddy (Philip) visiting from Australia who is also a real car enthusiast from down under. If there is interest ... we can meet in Saratoga at 7:30 and make the run ... if anyone had room to give Philip a ride, that would be awesome!

If this weekend does not work ... maybe 11/21?

Any thoughts?

Jeff,

Great idea :) ... but our day is pretty well set, so breakfast it is. Sent you a PM.

Thanks!

Does not look like we have a lot of takers ... we were there just last week, and it's a bit short on notice.

But for those that can make it, I'll be in Saratoga around 7:30 tomorrow morning ... then heading up the hill to Alice's. If you decide to come later, I'll have the Magenta TR, you can't miss it as you pass me by ...

I was in Saratoga at 7:30 and waited till 7:40 ... no Cobras ... so we took off in the TR up the hill. It was a bit misty, but we stopped at the lookout parking area that's about half way to take some photos, as the sun was out for just a bit in between the clouds and fog.

I got a text from Steve that he was running late, so we decided to hang out a bit and wait for him. Sure enough, in not too much time out of the mist here comes Steve in his beautiful BRG street SPF. We talked for a bit, then Steve gave my friend from Australia his first ride in a Cobra the rest of the way to Alice's ... Steve's car looks very cool coming down the road with those driving lights blazing ... it was pretty wet on the roads, but still fun.

Thanks Steve!

Was fun -- a bit wet, but no harm done. :)

-- I learned the "informational" traits of my SPF in the wet.

now that the fuel maps are nailed it is perfect. -- only lost 4 hp from the last tune and 11HP off of the tippy top tune, but it is usable in all driving scenarios I can come up with !--Steve

Cool pics Tim and Steve!

"Neither snow, nor rain, nor heat, nor gloom of night stays these courageous Cobra drivers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds." Okay, maybe not snow. :D

My car wasn't quite as dirty after my run up to Pleasanton on Saturday, but I do have my work cut out to clean the pipes and wheels.
