Make a Wish : Sam, who is 12.

Greetings,

I have been approached by Bob our fabricator who has a nephew that is undergoing some pretty ugly treatments for a bad cancer situation.

We are working on timing with the family, but would like to have him along on a Saturday breakfast run and/or small drive afterward.

We had him down to the shop and had him check out the different cars here. miraculously - he perked up considerably and had a good week afterward ( couldn't stop talking about the cars ! )

So I was thinking a ride with our BA cobra crew would probably be even better medicine!

Please weigh in with ideas / thoughts.

Thank you All,

Steve

Instead if a ride how about taking him to the Wednesday afternoon car show?

Bring him to Sears Point June 26 or 27th. I'll check the schedule, but generally they have parade laps during lunch that I would be more then happy to bring him on. 25 mph max but hey its on the track.

Steve, my own son, Cameron, just finished two years of chemotherapy. PM me, and I'd be glad to arrange with his parents to pick the kid up at his home and take him for a ride.

I assume he's a patient a Lucille Packard Children's hospital. That's where Cameron was.

Here's Cameron's caringbridge site: www.caringbridge.org/visit/cameronking
