Black Cobra on 85 & 280 tonight
Hey group, I was driving home on 85 tonight and saw what looked like a black 289 Cobra with a chrome drivers roll bar and from what I could tell wire knock offs. I was staying on 85 and the Cobra turned off on 280 s. Anyone here? If so, great to see someone else that drives theirs in the rain with the top off!

Did you notice if it had Hawaii plates? It's probably Kei. I've seen him at the Scott Blvd. get together a couple of times. I think he's got another Cobra that he keeps in Hawaii. He drives the wheels off of the black CSX car (think it was one of the early continuation cars).

I bet you are correct, Kei has a beautiful black CSX 8000 slab side. I saw him at SAAC-35 last summer and both car & driver are one fast combo!

It looked like Kei's car from a distance, but I couldn't get close enough to see and didn't know if there was another one around here.

I thought it may have been his car, but couldn't get close enough to see the plates before he got on 280 and I continued on 85.

He was in Tulsa, OK with his black, wires and wide whites, under car exhaust, in mid-June for the Mid America Shelby show. The trunk was full of bags and lawn chairs. I don't know if he drove it or not, but I'd guess he drove it.
