Another related question...
I thought SB100 did away with all the smog requirements... My motor is stack injection, with no provision for a PCV valve. There are breathers on both valve covers. Will BAR approve this setup? If not, what modifications have to be made to get the motor passed? |
Lodi - we have heard obnoxious tales on that front. I cant really recommend anything on the 8 stack. -
So far in 100% of the BAR inspections have required PCV, with ( this is key ) a fresh air intake that is plumbed to the engine air cleaner. ( as opposed to an open *filtered* breather from the valve cover ) . Andrei - I think Rosconi retired/moved on -- |
