Her name is Jody. She's one of the managers at that office. Call before you go to make sure she's going to be there.

Thanks Doug, I'm having an issue that confuses me and I want to get it straightened out before I go to the next step. They are saying that I have a bunch of fees that have incurred since I got my SB100.
The car has not even been titled or anything, how can there be fees involved? Kevin |
