Saturday 26th Breakfast
Hey All,
Anyone up for breakfast Saturday if the forecast is correct? Scott |
Ed and I plan to attend Steve's Open House. How about a later breakfast, closer to Campbell? Perhaps one of you guys that knows the area can make a suggestion. If the weather is fair, we will probably bring the roadsters, so having good parking would be best.

Well, I think there are a couple options. I haven't been to most of these first thing, so I can't say if it will be to crowded or not. Sonoma downtown Campbell, but doesn't open till 9am and you need to park on the street. Not sure which day's they do farmers market. Goodies on Bascom that the super secret southbay guys use to meet at. Effie's on the corner of Winchester and Hacienda which is kinda like a Flames type restaurant . Should have plenty of parking. There is also the Flames on Hillsdale about 1.5 to 2 miles down Camden away from Steve's shop. The food there is generally good and parking should be fine. She said 4 to 6 people around 8:30am should be fine!!

I thought I would go to the open house if the weather holds. So, before or after is fine with me and I don't care where.

Just spoke to Mike T. They regularly meet at Los Gatos Diner (235 Los Gatos Saratoga Rd. Los Gatos, Ca 95030) at 8:30 AM. Rather than deal with uncertain locations, let's just plan to meet there, especially since those guys plan to go to Steve's afterwards. It is about 5 minutes to Steve's.
Unless someone objects, let's plan to meet there at 8:30. Tom P.S. - Scott - thanks for organizing this. At the moment, it looks like the weather will be dry. |
