I just bent two valves...

in a pretty exotic engine and am unable to order replacements from the factory in a reasonable timeframe. Can anybody recommend to me a place I can go who might have lots of different kinds of valves in stock?

I find it hard to believe that I will end up having to get new ones machined. Surely some company must have a million different valves just sitting on a shelf some place...

Stem diameter of 6.950 to 6.970
Valve head diameter 33.3 to 33.5
valve seat angle of 45'
height of 103.69 to 103.84
tappets support thickness of 3.45

Any suggestions?

thanks

May I ask what the engine was. (Or what it was in?)

Good place to start.

Mouse,
Try giving Greg Nelson, from Nelson Auto Group, a call. I understand he is the largest Lamborghini dealer in the US, right here in Marysville, Ohio. Usually has 3 or 4 in the show room everyday, and also has some well trained tech's.

The number is 800-228-4734. Explain your situation, and I'm sure they will transfer your call to Greg.

Good luck,
Dave
