The Parts Are Here!!!!
Ok, for all of you who think I just buy parts from Summit and return them, my stuff is back from the plater .
I will be finishing up the car tonight and tomorrow and I then have to go to Canada thursday thru sunday unless someone can come up with a good excuse I can tell my factory why I can't go!! So if nothing happens I will have the car at breakfast on the 20th:3DSMILE: :D |

Now that I'm back from the Great White North, nothing like a 6 hour flight on full plane with a 2 & 4 year old behind you and a mother who is reading a book and can't be bothered. Any how, going to work on it tonight and I still plan on having it there Saturday weather permiting.

Missed this past Saturday I was in Las Vegas. Got my cobra fix by going to Shelby on Friday morning. I will not be there for Joes coming out breakfast this weekend, in Miinneapolis for business. Hope to see you guys the weekend after but, only if I don't go the Knotts Show. BTW saw the cars Shelby American is bringing to Knotts, first time in my memory that I recall Shelby at the AHA Knotts Berry Farm Show. Really cool :cool: :cool: fully polished (Like a Mirror) Aluminum car and an FIA shelby car. Can't wait to seet he new beast Joe.... Tony R. |
Well, got everything finished last night, all the fluids and such.
So before starting it we pressure checked the cooling system and found found that the Weiend water pump was leaking out of the front bearing:mad: :mad: :JEKYLHYDE . So the new water pump will be here tomorrow. I won't be at breakfast with the car and I might skip it and head to Mikes early. I'll keep you posted. -Joe |
