Allstate agents Hi all, I distinctly remember someone from breakfast telling me their car was insured with allstate, and that their agent was up to speed on cobras. If that was you, please read on. I have had my cobra on my allstate policy since january, listed as a 65 ford other, while I jumped through the hoops for an SB100 registration. Now that I have my final tags and registration, when I called my allstate agent to update her information, she got nervous about the SPCN classification, and asked me to go to a specialty agent. I told her I might be able to have an allstate agent who is more knowledgeable talk to her, and reassure her that allstate is OK with these cars (mine is a superformance). She has agreed to keep me on the policy for a short period of time while I try to 'educate' her. Would it be possible for me to give her the name and phone of your agent, or if you'd rather, give her name and phone to your agent, so they can talk. thanks, joe kennedy |
