Help! Adding Photos to my gallery
Hi Guys--
My car arrived in San Luis last week and they sent photos (jpg) to me by e-mail. I'd like to get them into my photo gallery, but the file size is to large. Anyone an expert on shrinking the file size so I can upload them into our photo gallery?? Thanks in advance for your help.... Mark |
Re adding photos
Mark,
I am not an expert but I think that most photo programs will let you resize your pictures. I use Photosuite IV Platinum Edition and I know the Kodac program does. You can convert the pictures from one format to another and resize them to any size you want. When I scan mine in they are in a BMP format which I change to JPG. Then I can do whatever I want to touch them up or change their sizes. The last one I put in my gallery came out sort of blurry and I am working on that as it is clear on my computer so I don't know if it is the gallery software or what. It never loaded the way they used to so if you run into that don't be surprized. Ron61 Ron Widener |
Use MS paint. It comes with windows...
Open file in paint. Click Image then strectch/skew Use the same % for both horizontal and Vertical After you get it to the right size click file and Save As Rename it so you don't lose the original. Save as (JPG) also. Done. Then upload. GS |
