Southern Calif. events?
Hi guys, I'm in Tucson, Arizona, a FFR owner and occassionally have long weekends off and I'm looking for events that take place in the LA & SD areas. Do they have a club down there or a web site that I can visit ? Thanks, John

John,
What type of event are you looking for? If it's car shows there are plenty. Most of the good weekly shows get started in April. For other events you would need to be more specific. Scott |
Scott, thank you for the quick reply. I'm looking for a website if they have one in that area. I see that there are two "local clubs" in northern California. I'm interested in long drives into the local places of interest that have a group of Cobras going, ie, a trip to the mountains, seaside, etc. or autocrossing and lastly, shows. John

John, here's the S.D. club, with list of events, etc.
http://www.socalsaac.org/ Don't forget Knott's in April. |
Temecula Rod Run is next weekend - 15/16 February. Always have some nice cars there.

THANKS guys for the website and event info. I'll see you at one of your drives this spring. I'd love to make it on the 15/16 but we have a Tucson Cobra drive up to Mt. Lemmon for coffee and pie. John
