Factory Five to buy Shelby American?
This weeks Autoweek has a brief interview with Dave Smith of Factory Five. He stated he would like to buy part of Shelby American for his company. Carroll Shelby stated he owns the name and lease. The only thing left in the Venture deal are auto parts.

For the record I would like to own Microsoft. If wishes only were so simple.

It looks like CS purchased a corp shell to speed up making his company public. Let's hope he gets no new partners in this venture. |
