Shelby GT350/500
Earlier I speculated that Shelby will produce at new Gt based on the new mustang. This months issue of Motor Trend has a picture and text regarding the new Shelby GT 350/500. It seems Ford and Shelby are developing the new Shelby GT. There seems to be a problem with the SVT group regarding who gets the bigger engine. Shelby should focus his attention on the suspension and braking and develope a nice handling car. Shelby can always sell his engine mods through his dealers. Maybe they will sell the models at a reasonable price maybe 32k/35k. The new Mustang Gt sells for 26k and it runs 0-60 in 5.2 sec.
