I've been on the fence about this. It won't be the same without Tom T. Then again he would want us to go.

Although...

I was running around on west bound 80 today mid day and I spied a very large (4x8) likeness of Carroll Shelby smiling down at me in blue vinyl.

It was on the back of a 48' enclosed trailer with Nevada plates on it. It looked like an official Shelby America transport. HMMMMM...

I'll be there Saturday bright and early. There's nothin' like the paddock in the early morning hours.

csx2300 06-04-2004 03:44 PM

SCOBRAC 06-04-2004 03:52 PM

Thanks for the invite. I've always been afraid to say hello. :)

SCOBRAC 06-04-2004 03:54 PM

$700k that translates to roughly $66,000 in DMV fees here in CA...
