Feedback needed for 2005 Western Roundup
Here is an e-mail I received from Chuck as to a 2005 Western Roundup and I would like to have a broader feedback from all who are interested.
Hi Everybody I have been receiving calls and emails requesting information on the 2005 Western Roundup. I have already started some inquires with the hotel and various organizations but have not received a firm commitment from FFR so I am kind of in limbo for now. I have a few questions that I would like your feedback on. 1. Should we have a 2005 Roundup in Las Vegas? 2. If FFR does not sponsor this event, should we still have it? 3. If the event does not have a major sponsor, should we open the event to all Cobra's including the car show awards? 4. Do to track scheduling this years Roundup would not include Open Track the Saturday of the main event. Would you like an autocross? 5. If you were at the event last year, what do you feel that we could cut costs on? What do we need to add? 6. If you did not make the event last year. What would it take to make you come this year? Your input is very important. These events are very time consuming to plan and execute, if the people in your area are not interested in the event please let me know and I will shut the event down now.
