Tour de Vin 2nd NOTICE ROOMS ARE GOING FAST
 
I Just checked with the hotel again and the additional rooms added to the original block are almost gone. When these rooms are gone the hotel will be sold out. We will try to provide info on additional rooms nearby or if there are any openings at the hotel.

Just talked to the hotel...again and we now have 4 rooms available right now so hurry up and book if your planning on coming.

We are close to selling out the Best Westeren. I have added a link to other local lodging on the Tour de Vin web pages for accomodations on BACCEVENTS.COM when the last of the Best Rooms are gone..................which will be very soon.

I received some good news about the accommodations, another group that had blocked rooms appears ready to release some back to the hotel, so if you were planning on coming but found that there were no rooms please try checking back with the hotel to see if those rooms have been released.

*** For those that have already registered I will be sending out a separate email with information on meeting locations, times and Saturday night dinner confirmation in the next day . ****
