Side Louvers

My old side louvers have died of old age (one actually almost fell off) and I have some new ones to install. I might end up installing them myself, but I was curious if anyone can recommend a local shop that could do this. My thought is to have screws glassed to the inside of the fenders so the louvers could centered properly and then bolted in place. I've heard of Velcro being used, but I would worry about the louvers being vibrated loose. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Anyone going to join me tomorrow (Sunday) for barby, beer and chili at the annual NorCal Picnic at Portola Valley? :JEKYLHYDE Rich

rich we bend 0.50 aluminum 1'' thick for the louver and two inches for the side of the car.We either rivit it to the louver or use stainless screws passing threw the back of the louver into the 90 degree bracket and then fiberglass it to the car. The screws are nicer to use because we install thread certs into the bracket wich allows us to remove it when needed. Hope that helps............................mahlon

Thanks, Mahlon, that's close to what I am looking to do. If I can't find the right shop, it'll probably be good experience to do it myself. Rich
