Danville Car Show
Sports & Race Car Show - April 29.
Cobras, Daytonas & GT40's are ALL invited to attend - no restrictions. All Marques will attend, Aston Martins, Ferraris, Mustangs etc etc and race cars. We need a good showing of Cobras. Register at Auto Affair at the Mercantile shopping center in Danville, or call for a form 925-838-2488. John |

Thanks, John. I was at Danville's version of Hot August Nights last year. Some very nice machines, specially old Fords. Impressed the troops with my dB levels. :eek: I'll see ya on the 29th, weather permitting. Rich

Danville Car Show
This is a NEW Show venture and not related to the Hot Summer Nights or Hotrod shows.
It is totally friendly to ALL Cobras/Coupes/GT40's, original or replicas/continuation. There will not be any hotrods. It will be a great Show and it will be good to have a good Cobra turnout to assist the organizers, as they then plan to make it a regular event. John |
John: I think you misunderstood my comments about Hot August nights. I was just trying to state that Danville is a nice location for a car show. And while some on this forum seem to show distain for hot rods, don't forget, *all* Cobras are still hot rods. ;) Rich

All entrants must register soonest to be issued a position. Forms available at Auto Affair in Danville.
I also go to hot rods shows in Danville and Goodguys and agree they are very interesting with some great workmanship. We need all the car shows we can get !!! John |
