Buy your Kirkham from Costco!
My friend told me about a Costco online package which includes a Kirkham replica minus engine and tranny + garage items and even a safe for basically $80K. Check out this link.

That Kirkham was snapped up right after it came out last week. I get
Costco's internet deals I guess because I have the executive card and
tried to check it out as soon as I got the ad but it was no longer available.
Someone will have a great Christmas present!
