 Headlight light problem need help
My SPF # 1072 Headlights went out. Checked hot wire to light switch it has 12 volts unitll I turn lights on the it drops to 0. Must have bad connection at other end but can not find where it connects. Does anyone know where the hot wire from the light switch connect on the other end? |

Do the high beams or low beams or both not work? My SPF #1735 has a fuse for each beam. Several years ago my low beams went out and I traced it to a bad headlight relay, VW part # 111-941-583 at VW/Audi dealer. It's located in the fuse box. |

Sounds like a bad relay as they go bad in the SPFs. 1 or both will go out as mine did. That's the same relay (number that bill gave you) that I put in and no problems sence.
