I really liked the people, service and all the computer read-outs at Avenue Auto in San Carlos, CA.

Well, I found a ron atterbury that drag races, another that just got married, and another in Texas, but no Ron Atterbury welders in San Francisco Bay Area. Do you have any more info on Ron Atterbury? address/phone/email?

Thanks, Wayne**)

Only Avenue Auto in San Carlos I could find is an auto repair shop, but they did send me down the street a few doors to Performance Fab. who I going to go see tomorrow.

Thanks, Wayne:p

Ron Atterbury was a drag racer when I knew him and he has in recent years had a top level rod shop out in the bay area---his work is of the highest level you could ask for.

I'll look back thru some mazs to see if I can find him

Thanks Jerry, I did a goolge shearch with no luck, I phoned information, no luck, I'll keep searching. Finding someone who one is comfortable with to do frames/chassis and fiberglass bodies, is kinda like dating, who knows what you're getting into without someone saying: "Hey I have a friend, who has a sister". And then......

Just noticed the Ist Cav emblem---I was in C4Sqd 7 cav with 2 Inf wist they turned into 1 Cav in 1965 and sent them over--being a mechanic I was kept behind to close out the armour accounts and let our a little early as I was short anyway
