Kirkham Tour
Hi Guys,
First of all I want to thank Joe weight for setting this up and giving us a great tour of the shop. I highly recomend that if you get a chance to see their shop, Do it as this is a first class operation. I took my family down to their shop including my dad. We walked into the waiting area where Joe came and met us. To find out my dad knew Joes uncle and Joe knows some of our family...Small world but this gets better! After we are about half way through the shop I asked Joe if the car that started it all was still owned by the Kirkhams. Joe walks us out to a shop on the back of the property. A gentleman was standing there when my dad asks "Are you Tom Kirkham?". My dad knew him also and talked for a while as I checked out CSX 3104. here are a couple pictures. No, I've never been to the Kirkham facility, but I'd like to. Greg's photos did inspired me to order a new license for my car..... California plate, REAL KMP. Evan should love it1:3DSMILE:

It is a cool place to visit isn't it. I haven't been there for a couple of years and I know they've added lots to it since then. Lots of car porn in those buildings.

It was awsome. These guys are great engineers. They make just about everything "IN HOUSE". Here are a couple pictures of a custom built Cobra for a customer that "wanted something different". complete chassis is custom built.
