2009 BACC Calendar - not enough photos

As stated in a previous post, I am short of photos. I have 10 shots that are suitable for the calendar.

I will again extend the cutoff date until this Monday, November 17th since this weekend is suppose to be glorious and I would really like to produce the calendar. However, there will be NO further extensions; if I don't get the two more shots, there will be no 2009 calendar. Sorry to those who did send me your photos.

Your photos do need to take up at least 1 MB of file space and "speak" to the viewer. A car parked in front of your house or on your driveway, unless you live at the White House or a mansion, probably will not cut it. However, if there is any question at all, send it to me! The photo does not have to be taken in 2008, so check your files for one of your favorite shots from the past. We have panorama shots in the mountains and along the water, on the racetrack and at the beach - so all sorts of venues are acceptable.

Please send your shot to BACobraClub@yahoo.com.

Thanks - Tom

are you only interested in BACC member's photos or cars? I would think there is no shortage of photos availible. From abroad.

Sorry - just BACC cars

This is a Bay Area Club calendar so photos should be of just BACC members. I am sure that if I opened it up to non-BACC members I would get more pictures than I would know what to do with and I would have buyers from all over the country. While I thank those of you who have sent photos, I must limit it to "our" cars.

This is not a money making proposition. I am not in the business of creating calendars nor do I wish to be. I have enjoyed the 2008 calendar and seeing my local friends' cars and wish to do it again for 2009. If someone else wishes to make a calendar with a broader base, I would be pleased to share photos and information with them. It really is quite satisfying. I wish I could accomodate more cars and sell more calendars but my full time job won't allow me to invest more time than I already have.

Thanks again to the non-BACC folks for your support :3DSMILE:

Tom,

Looks like we may need to ask Dave for a shot of his red Z06 to be added to the BACC calendar.
