HELP-Does Everette Morrison have a customer service department?

I recently purchased a used EM car and have some repairs that need to be made and also a couple parts that need to be replaced that I could not find on their parts catalog. I have tried in vain for over two weeks to contact the EM people...and have left telephone messages and sent emails with no response...EM touts the quality of their customer support in the FAQ page...but I have not been able to get in touch with them at all...there seems to be no customer service department...does anybody out there have any suggestions on how to get in touch with these guys...I could use some help here...

Appreciate any suggestions...

Fillippo:

In the event E-M will be out of commission for awhile, and seeing you're in the local Bay Area, you need to go to the Rock House Sports Bar in Livermore and meet up with some locals. There are a number of places that can assist on just about anything you're having problems with. And depending upon what's wrong, some guys are actually good with a lathe!

My neighbor has completed his E-M after 10 long years, because he fabricated a lot of the parts himself during the Chaper 11 days of E-M... and yes, he has a lathe!

Appreciate your feedback....interestingly, I did finally receive a phone call from Tom at EM who was able to answer all my questions...and then an email directly from the new owner, Julie...in support of my needs...

Nevertheless, it great to know there are other resources out there...is there a specific time or day that car owners meet up at the bar in Livermore?

Sorry for the late reply. They meet EVERY Saturday morning. If you want, you can drive there now and they might still be around but they start breakfast at 7:30AM and about 8:30 - 9:00 they begin to go out and talk show for another hour or so.
