Need more help ?

Been getting closer to getting my CR operational, but have discovered that I'm evidently missing the turn signal lever and the tilt column lever. I have the GM column. The tilt lever seems to just thread into a fitting in the column, but the turn signal lever appears to use some other means to attach it ? Does the wheel have to come off ? Also would you think these two levers would likely be available somewhere ? Does the turn signal lever also have a switch and wire harness attached to it ?
Thanks for any input here, Ronnie

The steering wheel does not need to be removed to attach either the turn signal or tilt stems on GM column. I have a turn signal stem for sure; and maybe a tilt stem. PM address for mailing.
