What's your weight?
I have never had mine on a scale and was wondering the weight. SBC aluminum intake & heads, 700R-4 trans and 8.8 rearend.

2400 lbs / Classic Roadsters, SBF aluminum heads, intake, water pump, radiator and flywheel. 8.8 rear / 8lb starter / T5Z five speed / alum. Flaming River steering rack

If I dump my steel wheels I should only be a 100# or so heaver. Now we need to do something about that 250# lump in the driver's seat!

CobraEd is just about right on.
Weighed and scaled many. DV came in right at 2700 with the Viper V-10 and the T-56 tranny. A normal BB with a 9" will take it just below 3,000. DV II came in at almost exactly 3,300. (Course on that one we were going for SCCA class requirements and we had to have that much weight. With Nick, owner/driver it came in at just below 3,400. Sometimes that "lump" Lightingrod refers to is necessary! :) DV |
