Body Style Change
I've been exploring cobras and noticed some of the older Classic cobras have the traditional door styles rather than the extended doors. When did these changes occur and were there other changes on the more recent styled cobras like dropped floor pans or structural changes that made them better?

Since DV is so close I would go see him. The Classic Roadsters Cobra never had a traditional door. The car has had the extended door since it was introduced. You may have seen the Classic Motor Carriages cobra which is a standard 90" wheelbase car with standard doors. The CR Cobra small block frame has been updated to include a wider, dropped foot box for the driver. The seat area has always been dropped.
