BigH,
I think all your answers are here, smaller tires, use an MII power rack, pump, pulleys, and hoses, ( make sure your brackets are for the type motor your using) or upgrade to one of the known better units and their associated parts.

I found out it was a Mustang 2 , put 35 lbs. air in front much better !
