I carry a can of fix a flat and a phone so I can call in as I don't have any room to carry a spare.

Been discussed before here. I carry a spare 195 or 205/15 deflated to slide in trunk area behind seats. I may be the only one. Problem is where does giant take off go? Pass seat in my case. Has saved me once. Don't really recommend it. Best defense is fresh tires with deep tread, which I didn't have at the time. That's on me.

For me I would carry a tire plug kit and a little 12v air pump.

Cobra restorers sells a narrow knock off spare, I bought one for my SPF which it doesn't fit...the pins all lineup, but they are just a whisker small in ID.

Fits in the trunk along with a little floor Jack. I'm not sure if a rear would fit back there, but of course it would br flat...

Tire plug kit wouldn't have helped me. Tire had about a 1 1/2" long cut. When I dismounted tire it looked like a box cutter blade inside. One in a million thing.

A plus for a street roadster with Sunbursts is 5 wheels and tires the same

The original Cobras had spare tires or, at least a space in the trunk designed
for one. If your car has a replica trunk then you can have a spare made and
drop it in. All the replica hold down fittings are available. If you want a spare
matching the wheels you have on your car, buy a wheel and have it narrowed to
about 5.5" and mount a tire. It will look right but will not be cheap. To buy a
new 6 pin FIA wheel and have it narrowed will be ~$600 plus tire cost. Total
cost new complete ~$800. Probably more about look than necessity but now
we're talking about the whole Cobra Replica game.
