CRI or CRII?

I realize as I am interacting with folks on the forum I dont know if my car is a CRI or CRII?

Certificate of origin date 5/92
Serial number 4CRDAK......000621

I believe the difference is between when the company originally closed and later reopened, in my old post searches I didnt find the answer to when that happened but thought it was in early 90's.

Anyone know from this info above what I have?

I purchased it from the original owner who ordered 3 but cancelled the other two orders as parts were starting to not flow, etc so I have a feeling this may be right before it closed?

thanks!

Go back to threads in CR11 and scroll down to C R Factory there is a link posted by Chicagowil with this link. Has a lot of CR's history and timeline.
Topic: Classic Roadsters Ltd. – History | MG TD Replica Car Club

Looks like Don Scott purchased in 2003 and moved the company or at least the Cobra division over to Minnesota then. Based on that I would say you have a CRI or CR LTD. as I do. Mine was first titled in '97.
